Here are a selection of images during the different stages of construction of the pier. I made the adapter using two landrover disc brakes which had a 65mm central hole, which exactly fits the base of the EQ6R Pro mount! Then with the help of a friendly engineer, he drilled some holes and welded a plate underneath for me to put the fixing bolt through into the mount. I used threaded stainless steel rods attached the the disc's which went down into the concrete. The pair of disc's only cost me £21 which was much cheaper than an off the shelf ready made adapter.
